Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast stations with a variety of food items, beverages, and utensils to ensure an inviting presentation.
- Serve hot and cold breakfast items with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food displays, adhering to food safety standards.
- Replenish food supplies promptly during service hours to ensure a continuous flow of fresh offerings.
- Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate guest needs effectively.
- Houseman duties are also required after breakfast service ends to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas. These responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping floors, emptying trash receptacles, and maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas throughout the property.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or banquet environments is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience serving or working in restaurants or hospitality settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures to maintain health standards.
- Ability to work early mornings, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning supplies.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
