Core Responsibilities
- Breakdown Setup: Prepare, set up, and tear down the breakfast, food items, hot/cold beverages, and supplies according to brand and safety standards. [1, 2]
- Food & Beverage Management: Replenish food items, brew fresh coffee, monitor juice and station dispensers, and restock utensils and condiments throughout the morning.
- Dining Area Maintenance: Bus and wipe down tables, sanitize high-touch surfaces, arrange furniture, empty trash bins, and keep the breakfast room tidy.
- Guest Services: Greet arriving guests warmly, answer questions about food options or dietary preferences, handle special requests or complaints, and thank guests as they depart.
- Inventory & Support: Help with stock rotation, inventory tracking, supply orders, and general hotel cleaning duties as needed
