- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with helpful information.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Answer phone calls promptly with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest needs or directing calls as necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Assist in managing reservations using hotel management software, ensuring optimal occupancy rates.

Requirements
