Role Description The Electrical Apprentice with approximately 2 years of experience will support licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial electrical systems. This full-time, on-site role in Roanoke, TX involves pulling wire, installing conduit and fixtures, assisting with panel work, and helping ensure systems meet safety codes and project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include reading and following basic electrical drawings, preparing tools and materials, performing routine checks, and documenting work performed. The apprentice will learn and apply proper safety practices, assist in troubleshooting electrical issues under supervision, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaboration with field supervisors, journeyperson electricians, and other team members is essential to complete projects on time and to company quality standards.

Qualifications

- Skills in maintenance & repair of electrical systems, with the ability to follow preventive maintenance routines and corrective actions.
- Ability to assist in troubleshooting electrical issues using meters, basic diagnostic tools, and supervision from licensed electricians.
- Approximately 2 years of electrical apprenticeship or equivalent field experience in commercial or industrial environments.
- Understanding of OSHA and NEC safety standards, and commitment to following company safety policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of or enrollment in an accredited electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
- Reliable transportation to the Roanoke, TX job site, punctuality, and willingness to work varying shifts as projects require.
