Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist them in finding seating or guiding them through the breakfast offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, ensuring all stations are well-stocked and inviting
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as setting up buffet stations or replenishing items as needed
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of hot foods and beverages to guests
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, special dietary needs, or requests promptly
- Support banquet or catering functions during breakfast hours, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Background in restaurant or banquet service, including dietary aide experience, is a plus
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee and beverage preparation is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness
