About Aviben
Aviben is a third-party administrator specializing in employee benefit plans, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), COBRA administration, and retirement plan administration. We work primarily with public sector employers throughout the country, providing both administrative and consulting services.
What You'll Do
As an Evening Client Services Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to participant emails and general inquiries
- Processing claim forms and other account paperwork
- Researching participant questions and resolving routine issues
- Answering incoming phone calls from participants
- Supporting the daytime service team with administrative tasks
- Learning and applying plan rules and company procedures
- Providing courteous, professional customer service while maintaining confidentiality
We are looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, is comfortable multitasking, and takes pride in producing accurate work.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the telephone
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Good typing and data entry skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems and procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
The following experience is helpful but not required:
- Employee benefits administration
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), HRAs, HSAs, COBRA, or retirement plans
- Claims processing or insurance administration
- Financial services or banking
- Associate's degree or higher

Compensation
Starting Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Benefits
Part-time employees may be eligible for certain company benefits based on hours worked and company policy.
Work Location
This position is based in our Cambridge, Minnesota office and is not remote or hybrid.
