Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Willmar, MN for a Microbiologist. Responsibilities include:
- Perform routine poultry veterinary diagnostics, including diagnostic microbiology
- Conduct research to support the development of new diagnostic tools and treatments
- Collaborate with veterinary and research teams to interpret data
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in microbiology, Veterinary Science, or related field
- Experience in microbiology and veterinary diagnostics preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for research and innovation in poultry health
