Position Summary:
The Front Office Supervisor supports the daily operations of the front desk and provides leadership to Front Desk Agents. This role helps ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience, especially during the busy summer tourism season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk operations during assigned shifts
- Support, coach, and guide Front Desk Agents
- Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding
- Handle guest concerns and escalations professionally
- Ensure check-in, check-out, and reservation processes are completed accurately
- Maintain communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Step in to support the desk during high-volume periods
- Ensure compliance with company and brand standards
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk experience required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak summer months
- Basic computer skills and experience with hotel systems preferred
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team mindset
