Aviator Brewing Company is building one of North Carolina's premier craft brewery and restaurant destinations, and we're looking for experienced Servers and Bartenders who take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

Our team serves thousands of guests every week across multiple restaurants, bars, event spaces, and live music venues. Every shift is different, and every guest deserves outstanding hospitality.
What You'll Do
- Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service from greeting through payment.
- Build genuine relationships with guests and create memorable experiences.
- Learn our craft beer, cocktail, wine, and food menus so you can confidently make recommendations.
- Work efficiently during high-volume shifts while maintaining accuracy and composure.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, team-first culture.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years serving or bartending experience preferred.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Weekend and evening availability.
