Aircraft Maintenance Technician
Location: Memphis, TN
Compensation: Salaried Position | Equivalent to $30–$44.00/hour | Full Benefits: PTO, Healthcare, Vision Insurance & 401(k)
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to support heavy maintenance operations on large commercial aircraft. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of commercial aircraft maintenance experience
· Heavy maintenance/MRO experience required
· Experience working on Boeing and Airbus aircraft, including the 737, 757, 767, 777, A320 family, A330, ERJ, CRJ, or similar commercial aircraft
· Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and engineering documentation
· Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
· FAA A&P License preferred, but not required
