Are you a Falcon-experienced A&P Technician looking for a leadership opportunity with a company that values your expertise and rewards your time?
We are actively seeking Aircraft Maintenance Technician Leads to join a growing maintenance operation supporting Falcon aircraft. This is a direct hire position with excellent earning potential, leadership responsibilities, and a strong work-life balance.
✈️ Available Shifts:
• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Monday | 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
💰 HUGE OVERTIME ADVANTAGE:
Overtime is paid for anything worked beyond 8 hours in a day, not just after 40 hours in a week. This creates significant earning potential throughout the year.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
✔ Falcon aircraft maintenance experience (multiple Falcon models preferred)
✔ Previous leadership, supervisory, or crew lead experience
✔ Strong project management experience working directly with customer aircraft
✔ Ability to lead and mentor Aircraft Maintenance Technicians
✔ Must be able to successfully complete airport badging requirements and clear all airport background checks (SIDA Badge eligibility required)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise assigned Aircraft Maintenance Technicians
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on Falcon aircraft
• Assist Crew Chiefs with project delegation and oversight
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards
• Communicate directly with customers and vendors
• Support AOG events and travel as needed
• Remain hands-on while providing technical leadership and guidance
Ideal Background:
We're especially interested in speaking with Falcon technicians and leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5 years of Falcon maintenance experience
• Falcon factory training on multiple Falcon models
• Previous supervisory or lead technician experience
• Strong technical knowledge of Honeywell, P&W, Corridor, and Field 6 systems
