NON-CDL TRUCK DRIVER (JFK Airport)
Starting Pay: $25.88/hr.
JOB DUTIES:
- Load galley equipment onto trucks
- Drive company vehicles to and from aircraft locations
- Unload equipment from trucks at designated aircraft locations
- Follow customer service, safety, and operational procedures
- Communicate with supervisors and dispatchers using radio equipment
- Interact professionally with airline representatives
- Perform vehicle pre-trip inspections
- Follow work instructions and schedules
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Complete required documentation and related duties
- Perform additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum age of 21
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Up to one year of related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and complete required forms
- Effective communication skills
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet or more depending on aircraft requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
