You’ll represent Aviation ABA in the community — connecting with physicians, psychologists, neurologists, schools, daycares, case managers, and advocacy organizations to help families access our in-home and clinic-based ABA services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including:
- Diagnosing psychologists, neurologists, pediatricians, and MDs
- Schools, preschools, and daycares
- Case managers, Medicaid care coordinators, and patient advocate programs
- Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and community events to promote ABA services
- Partner with leadership to execute local marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Track referral activity, outreach progress, and lead conversion
- Coordinate with the intake and clinical teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new families
- Represent Aviation ABA with professionalism and compassion, always keeping families at the center of our mission
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field)
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, outreach, or business development (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a larger team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally across assigned counties
