The Unit Manager will oversee the daily clinical and administrative operations of the care unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include leading and supporting nursing teams, managing staff schedules, coordinating patient care plans, conducting quality assurance reviews, and addressing patient or family concerns. The Unit Manager will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain a safe and empathetic environment for all residents and team members, consistently promoting a culture of excellence.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide nursing staff.
- Comprehensive knowledge of skilled nursing care, clinical practices, and care management processes.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and staff professionally.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, quality assurance procedures, and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in managing schedules, making decisions, and collaborating across disciplines.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Florida.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Advanced certifications or training in geriatric care or post-acute care are a plus.
