Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Englewood, FL. As an RN at Aviata at Englewood, you will be responsible for supervising staff, overseeing patient care, and ensuring that our high standards of care are met.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
- Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
- You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
- Competitive Pay Rate: $35-$40 HOURLY
- 500 Referral Bonus: for nurses and c.n.a's - paid out in 90 days
- Perfect Punch Program: $225 bi-weekly bonus (full time only)
- Shift Diffs: M-F after 3p and all shifts on the weekend
