Major Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to assist the assigned supervisor
- Coordinate work within the department as well as with other departments and respond to inquiries or requests for information
- Interact with patients, families, and staff in a courteous, tactful, friendly, and cooperative manner
- Prepare and develop confidential and routine correspondence, reports, forms, business documents, and special mailings
- Prepare preliminary work on various projects and maintain general administrative records and filing systems
- Provide customer service to residents and families as necessary
- Review and maintain time and attendance records for supervisor's approval prior to submitting to the payroll department
- Coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings and conferences
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prefer a two-year college degree or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum
- Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
