Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Assistant to join our family! - Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas
- Assist with all repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving
- Maintain the facility ground
- Ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience
- Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested
- Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years' experience as a handy man in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
