The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

- Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.
- Assist with all repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving.
- Drywall repair/ Painting
- Maintain the facility ground.
- Ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
- Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested.
- Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results.
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years' experience as a building trade helper, apprentice or equivalent preferred.
- You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
