- Provide direct resident care, including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and positive environment
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required)
- Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and professional work ethic
