- Assist the Director of Nursing in managing nursing staff and clinical operations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Monitor and improve quality of care and patient outcomes
- Support staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions as needed
- Help maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and healthcare compliance
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience and location)
