Key Responsibilities
- Assist with resident assessments, activity planning, and maintaining activity profiles.
- Help organize and facilitate a variety of recreational and social programs, including games, crafts, movies, parties, and special events.
- Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
- Support religious services, community celebrations, and other resident-focused programs.
- Collaborate with the Community Life Director to enhance and expand activity offerings.
- Contribute creative ideas and innovative approaches that improve resident experiences and program effectiveness.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience providing recreational or activity services in a healthcare, senior living, or related setting preferred.
- Valid, current, and unrestricted state driver’s license required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional service and care to residents.
