We are currently seeking a professional Receptionist to join our facility. This role is ideal for an organized, dependable, and team-oriented individual who is passionate about supporting both residents and staff while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional administrative and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of departmental operations

• Coordinate workflow within the department and collaborate with other departments as needed

• Respond to inquiries and requests in a courteous, professional, and timely manner

• Draft, review, and route correspondence, reports, forms, and other business documents, including confidential materials

• Prepare preliminary materials for various administrative projects and initiatives

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including interoffice, U.S. mail, and bulk mailings

• Maintain organized administrative records, filing systems, and documentation

• Provide courteous customer service to residents and families as needed

• Maintain and review time and attendance records for supervisor approval and payroll processing

• Enter missed punches for staff and agency personnel and reconcile hours on a daily basis

• Coordinate room setup and refreshments for meetings and events

• Support continuous improvement efforts by contributing ideas to enhance systems and processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

• Customer service experience preferred
