Nurse Supervisor, (RN or LPN) Weekends

Job Summary:

We're seeking a qualified Nurse Supervisor to join our team and lead the way in providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Nurse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising staff, overseeing patient care, and ensuring that our facility's standards of care are met.
Responsibilities:
Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN or RN.
Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
Shift and Benefits:
Weekend supervisor 7a-11p (Saturday & Sunday, 16 hours)
