Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Unit Nurse Manager (RN) or (LPN) to join our team at Aviata at Central Park in Brandon, Florida. As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staffing needs, providing supervision for nursing staff, and ensuring quality resident care on the assigned unit. About the Role:
As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit, including:
Managing the staffing needs and providing supervision for nursing staff providing direct resident care
Assisting in staff development and providing coaching and guidance to nursing staff
Providing direct resident care in accordance with established plans
Supervising Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants
Conducting and documenting a complete data collection of each resident's medical status
Assisting in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for each assigned resident

Requirements:
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.
Minimum (3) years nursing experience preferred in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility
Minimum one (1) year experience in nursing administration
