PM/Financial Support (Mid)

Overview

NAVWAR is looking for part-time (20 hours per week) program management support with financial experience to assist with managing NAVWAR 4.8 program financials.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and updating NAVWAR 4.8 spend plans and tracking obligations and expenditures.
• Assisting program office regarding Echelon III Reimbursable Work Order Receipt and Acceptance processing utilizing standard Navy tools (e.g., Navy Enterprise Resource Planning [N-ERP] G-Invoicing module).
• Working with PM, DPM, and PAPMs to develop POM submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Navy tools (Navy Enterprise Resource Planning [N-ERP])
• 5-7 years experience in program management, operations research analysis, and/or financial/cost analysis.
• Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
• Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Salary range: 50,000 to 55,000 (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
