What are the responsibilities and job description for the A&P Mechanic position at Avia Flight Academy?
We are looking for an A&P mechanic to perform troubleshooting, inspections, routine and non-routine maintenance on our flight school fleet in accordance with applicable technical data and FAA regulations, in estimated or budgeted hours and within FAA and school’s standards of quality. All Piper fleet of 14 aircraft.
You will also consult and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: Commensurate with experience, starting at $25/hr
Schedule:
- 5 days a week
Experience:
- Aircraft maintenance: 2-3 years
License/Certification:
- Airframe & Powerplant License (Required)
