AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Service Route Supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists in the training and development of team members
- Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts
- Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
- Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts
- Manages Drivers
- Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities
- Supports company programs and branch goals
- Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
- Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner
- Good driving record
- Previous vending experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
- Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
- Problem Solver
- Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry
