Prep Cook (Saint Anselm College)

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Prep Cook at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. This is part-time position. This position works 4 shifts per week from 3:00pm to 9:00pm.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare specific amount of food product according to the daily prep sheets
• Gather all necessary salad/sandwich ingredients and prepare them by washing, chopping, slicing, dicing and assembling them for customer purchase
• Comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, and recipes
• Manage food inventory when necessary
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Encourage good customer relations through product promotion

• Culinary experience or education preferred
