What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grill Cook position at AVI Foodsystems?
AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Grill Cook, Full-time. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday and occasionally Saturday. Includes paid holidays.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deep fry, grill, and sauté meats, fish, vegetables and other foods
- Observe and test foods being cooked by tasting, smelling and piercing
- Perform food preparation work for cooking, including seasoning
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe
- Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times
- Manage food inventory
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Encourage good customer relations through product promotion
Requirements:
- Culinary experience preferred
- Exceptional food presentations skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
