AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Grill Cook at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH. This is a Full-Time position, Monday-Friday 1:00pm to 9:30pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deep fry, grill, and sauté meats, fish, vegetables and other foods
- Observe and test foods being cooked by tasting, smelling and piercing
- Perform food preparation work for cooking, including seasoning
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe
- Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times
- Manage food inventory
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Encourage good customer relations through product promotion
Requirements:
- Culinary experience preferred
- Exceptional food presentations skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
