Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator at Avgol Nonwovens, located in Mocksville, NC. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day human resources activities such as benefits administration, maintaining HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting HR management. They will also work to ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and legal requirements, while serving as a key contact for employees on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and Human Resources processes
- Experience with Benefits Administration, including employee benefits plans and compliance
- Proficiency in Employee Relations and conflict resolution practices
- Familiarity with creating and implementing HR Policies and procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HR management software and other related tools
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
