US Line Operator

About the Role:

The US Line Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production lines in our Mocksville NC facility. This position is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining equipment to meet production targets while adhering to quality and safety standards. The Line Operator will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this role directly impacts product quality, operational efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate production machinery.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in industrial machinery operation or related technical training.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
