We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth transition for new customers entering our solar energy program, as you will be their first point of contact and responsible for scheduling their site surveys.
Job Overview:
The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls from solar sales reps and other external stakeholders to initiate welcome calls for new customers. The representative will also schedule site surveys, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers and ensuring that appointments are coordinated efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome Calls
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from solar sales reps following the acquisition of new customers.
- Guide new customers through the initial stages of their solar energy experience.
- Address any immediate questions or concerns that new customers may have.
2. Site Survey Scheduling:
- Schedule site surveys by coordinating with both customers and field survey teams.
- Confirm survey appointments and ensure that all necessary preparations are in place.
- Manage and update the appointment schedule to reflect any changes or cancellations
3. Customer Interaction:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues satisfactorily.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
4. Data Management:
- Accurately record and manage customer information and appointment details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Ensure all data is kept up to date and securely maintained
5. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with sales rep teams, field survey teams, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Escalate issues to supervisors or other relevant departments as necessary.
6. Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and schedule adherence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM software and other related technology platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with the solar energy industry is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
