Key Responsibilities The role combines disciplinary and functional leadership with strong technical understanding and end-to-end ownership of analytics delivery. Its primary objective is to ensure that analytics initiatives are executed reliably, with high quality, and in alignment with product roadmaps, while significantly reducing operational load on leadership. People Leadership & Team Management Disciplinary & functional Lead and Development of the Analytics Team (Analysts, Data Engineer, Data Architect) through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations Support professional growth while fostering open, direct, and constructive communication Evolve team structure, roles, and responsibilities together with leadership Delivery Ownership & Operational Excellence Own end‑to‑end delivery of analytics features within product roadmaps, including prioritization Ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of dashboards, data models, and analytics capabilities Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and operational issues proactively Technical Oversight & Decision Enablement Ensure alignment between analytical requirements and technical implementation Provide hands‑on support when needed and review/approve architectural and modeling decisions Coordinate closely with Data Engineering and R&D to address cross‑team technical topics Collaboration & Stakeholder Management The Data Team Lead acts as the central operational interface between Analytics, Data Engineering, Product, and R&D Ensure smooth collaboration across the data lifecycle and ownership of the analytical Gold Layer Translate product and business needs into actionable analytics deliverables while reducing operational load on senior leadership Essential requirements We are seeking a leader who performs at their best in an environment defined by reliability, accountability, and outstanding execution. Extensive experience leading high‑performing data, analytics, or engineering teams at scale Deep expertise in analytics, data modeling, and SQL‑based data platforms, with a strong architectural mindset Hands‑on proficiency with modern analytics and BI technologies, with the ability to guide strategic tool and platform choices Proven record of owning and delivering complex, cross‑functional analytics initiatives end‑to‑end Demonstrated ability to lead senior talent while driving operational excellence and clear accountability Exceptional ownership, reliability, and execution discipline in fast‑moving, product‑driven environments Strong executive‑level communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across functions and leadership levels Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (min.
