The job
The primary role of the AVEVA PI Square Community Manager is to build and nurture a world-class technical community that actively engages AVEVA customers, partners, and system integrators around the AVEVA PI products and teams. This involves creating a collaborative environment where members can ask and answer technical and commercial questions, share implementation tips and tools, exchange ideas, methods, and reusable objects, and stay informed about new features and upcoming releases. Additionally, the role includes promoting participation in beta programs to gather feedback and strengthen product development, ensuring the community becomes a trusted hub for knowledge, innovation, and customer success

- Build and grow a vibrant technical community around the AVEVA PI products, engaging customers, partners, and internal teams
- Launch and maintain an AVEVA Technical Forum, seeding content from SMEs and encouraging external contributions
- Moderate forum discussions, ensuring timely and accurate responses from subject matter experts
- Develop creative strategies to make the community engaging, professional, and enjoyable
- Align internal and external communications for consistent messaging and brand tone
- Experience in community management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Self-starter with high energy
- Experience in community management, PR or digital engagement, preferably in B2B tech or enterprise software
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences on behalf of an established and respected global brand
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure the content of the community is world class so to extend the maximum potential for engagement
- Agility and adaptability to respond to evolving community needs and business priorities
