Job Summary:
The Supply Chain ERP Data Management Associate is responsible for supporting the maintenance of master data within the ERP system, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), recipes, and annual updates to operational standards. This role also supports the production planning process by creating and issuing Production Batch Records, shipper labels, and associated documentation in alignment with the production schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain ERP material records, including material masters, inspection plans, master recipes, BOMs, and master inspection characteristics (MICs) as applicable.
- Maintain ERP system resources and customer master data as required.
- Created and updated ERP input forms and routed documentation to relevant department owners for completion and verification.
- Support the creation, review, and updates of ERP-related business process procedures (BPPs).
- Troubleshoot issues within the ERP system and escalate them to the ERP administrator or IT support when necessary.
- Generate and issue production batch records and shipper labels for Manufacturing and R&D based on the work center schedule.
- Attend and support daily planning and scheduling meetings to ensure the timely issuance of batch records.
- Monitor document release workflows, providing regular updates and release notifications to management.
- Identify and escalate production planning or data integrity issues to management as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, including safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline with 1 to 2 years of related experience. Additional years of job-related experience may be substituted for educational experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 1 years of experience in the Supply Chain Planning Role.
- Preferably, no mandatory experience with JDE Forecasting/Planning and customer service modules.
Experience:
- Comfortable and capable of working in a complex or ambiguous environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software; demonstrated ability to utilize Excel in developing reports and analysis using pivot tables and charts, VLOOKUPs, and database functions.
- Knowledge of inventory management methodologies is an asset.
- Strong analytical /problem-solving skills demonstrating proactive initiative required to identify potential issues and lead to resolution.
- Ability to train/provide guidance to the more junior team members.
- Demonstrated a high level of self-sufficiency and ability to make independent decisions.
- Ability to develop strong internal relationships and partnerships with the ability to influence decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to achieve a self-determined outcome.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo where appropriate.
