What We're Looking For

Requirements
- College Degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in managing affordable multi-family housing (LIHTC, HUD, Rural Development or similar).
- Ability to travel.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week), exempt position. Pay range is $63,000 - $73,000 annually.
Work Location
This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Southern region, including those in Kittery, ME, and throughout New Hampshire.
