In this essential role, you’ll assist with resident applications and re-certifications, manage contracts, and support daily office operations. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in working with multi-family housing preferred.
- Ability to travel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to Avesta residents, staff, visitors, and vendors.
- Experience assisting disadvantaged populations.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Ability to complete tasks on a timely basis.
- Excellent analytical and negotiating skills.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.

Work Location
This position is based in Portland and will require travel to a portfolio of properties throughout the area.
