Averylily Home Collection

Averylily Home Collection is seeking an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves operator to help build and scale a premium home brand at a pivotal stage of growth.

This is not a traditional employee role.

We are looking for a true builder, someone equally energized by driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, launching growth initiatives, and physically helping pack and ship boxes when needed.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants meaningful upside, ownership mentality, and the chance to help shape the next chapter of a design-led home brand.


About the Role

The Founding Growth & Revenue Partner will be directly responsible for creating revenue across multiple channels while helping manage day-to-day operations of the business.

You will act as both strategist and operator, identifying growth opportunities, closing deals, managing customer relationships, optimizing digital channels, and ensuring inventory gets out the door.

If you are someone who can close a wholesale account in the morning, launch a Meta ad campaign in the afternoon, and manage shipments in the warehouse before end of day, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities


Revenue Growth

Own revenue generation across all channels, including:

  • Wholesale partnerships
  • Interior design trade relationships
  • Home staging companies
  • Vacation rental / hospitality accounts
  • Boutique hotel opportunities
  • DTC e-commerce sales
  • Paid social customer acquisition
  • Email marketing growth
  • Strategic brand partnerships
  • Flash sales / liquidation events
  • Pop-up retail opportunities


Business Development

Drive outbound growth efforts including:

  • Prospecting wholesale buyers
  • Building relationships with staging firms
  • Calling on designers, developers, hospitality groups
  • Creating sales presentations and product outreach
  • Closing partnerships and purchase orders
  • Identifying new revenue channels


Digital Growth

Own performance-driven direct-to-consumer initiatives:

  • Meta advertising
  • Instagram growth
  • Pinterest strategy
  • Shopify optimization
  • Conversion optimization
  • Product merchandising
  • New assortments from 3rd party makers
  • Pricing strategy
  • Promotional calendar execution
  • Customer acquisition strategy
  • Retargeting campaigns


Operations Fulfillment

This is a scrappy startup environment requiring hands-on execution:

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders if necessary
  • Oversee fulfillment employee(s)
  • Coordinate freight and deliveries
  • Organize inventory
  • Manage warehouse logistics
  • Track stock levels
  • Improve operational systems
  • Handle customer service escalations
  • Support inventory liquidation initiatives

Compensation

This is a startup partner opportunity designed for someone seeking meaningful upside.

Compensation will be structured as:

50% of net profits generated by Averylily Home Collection

Structure and partnership terms to be mutually defined.

This role is best suited for someone who believes in building value, not simply collecting a paycheck.

SF Bay area based - warehouse in Marin

The job can be remote in the SF Bay area but you will need to oversee the Marin based warehosue
