About the Role:
The Director of Resident Services is responsible for overseeing resident care, leading the caregiving and medication teams, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. This role is perfect for a nurse who values autonomy, teamwork, and meaningful relationships—with residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the community
- Lead, schedule, and support caregivers and medication aides
- Monitor resident health, manage service plans, and coordinate care with physicians and families
- Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for state surveys
- Support the onboarding and training of care staff
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to foster a positive, proactive culture
What We're Looking For:
- Current, valid LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior healthcare preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Compassionate and professional communication style
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
