Sales & Marketing Manager

Avery Village Senior Living, a warm and welcoming assisted living community near Athens, GA, is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our leadership team. This is a key role focused on growing our census by building trust with families, nurturing referral networks, and showcasing all that makes Avery Village a special place to call home.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy
- Guide prospective residents and families through the inquiry and move-in process
- Build strong relationships with referral partners, local organizations, and the community
- Coordinate on-site events, digital campaigns, and outreach efforts to generate leads
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and team to support community-wide goals
- Monitor trends, track results, and adapt plans to keep ahead of the market
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in senior living sales and marketing (assisted living preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Personable, confident, and skilled at building lasting relationships
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
