Part-Time Marketing Coordinator (In-Office)

Avery Marketing Agency is seeking a part-time, in-office Marketing Coordinator to support ongoing client marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on marketing experience who enjoys creating content, staying organized, and supporting multiple brands.
Schedule
- 15 hours per week
- Typically 2 days per week
- In-office position (not remote)
Responsibilities
- Create marketing graphics and social media visuals primarily using Canva
- Assist with social media management, including post creation and scheduling
- Write and format social media captions aligned with client brands
- Support SEO efforts, including:
- Blog formatting and uploads
- Basic keyword usage
- On-page SEO updates
- Assist with general marketing coordination tasks as needed
- Work closely with the Avery Marketing team to execute client campaigns
Required Experience & Skills
- Prior marketing experience (agency or in-house preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Canva for graphic design
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small agency environment
Nice to Have
- Video editing experience (Reels, Shorts, or short-form video content)
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
- Experience working with WordPress
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Basic copywriting or content editing experience
