What You’ll Do
As Program Manager, you’ll provide leadership and oversight for our residential team and services, ensuring quality care and a supportive environment for our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting direct care staff
- Conducting staff evaluations and promoting professional development
- Developing and maintaining individualized Residential Care Plans
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations and inspection standards
- Managing staff scheduling and coverage
- Serving as the on-call point person for emergencies
- Facilitating staff and resident meetings
- Coordinating medication management with clinical professionals
- Communicating with families as appropriate
- Participating in hiring and staff retention with administrative input
- Collaborating with the clinical team and other Program Managers
- Maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and comfortable living environment
- Ensuring dietary needs are met per medical directives
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 5 years in human services or a BA in a human services-related field with 2 years management experirence preferred
- Leadership: Ability to lead teams, resolve conflict, and handle crisis situations
- Flexibility: Must be available for on-call responsibilities and able to adjust schedule as needed
- Driver’s License: Must maintain insurability under Trivium’s auto policy
