Looking for more than just another job? Join Avert Security and become part of a professional team dedicated to protecting people and property in a hospital setting. Whether you're an experienced officer or looking to build your career in the security industry, we offer opportunities where your skills, professionalism, and dedication are recognized. Schedule would be a day position 6am to 6pm with a rotating schedule of 4 days on and 3 days off in a set location in Anadarko, Oklahoma. In the months of October and November there will be 2 other locations added and more positions will be needed.
$500 sign on bonus!! $250 after 90 days and $250 after 6 months. Employee Referral program: $250 after referred employee meets their 90 days of employment.
What You'll Do
Every shift brings something different. As an Avert Security Officer, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting vehicle and foot patrols to deter criminal activity
- Controlling access to property and verifying authorized personnel
- Remaining alert for suspicious activity and safety concerns
- Responding quickly and professionally to emergencies and incidents
- Maintaining order during special events and high-traffic situations
- Completing accurate incident reports and daily activity logs
- ️ Protecting clients, employees, visitors, and property
- Delivering exceptional customer service while enforcing site policies
- Communicating effectively with supervisors, clients, and emergency responders
What We're Looking For
We're seeking dependable, motivated professionals who:
- Hold a valid Oklahoma CLEET Security License (Required)
- Have excellent observation and decision-making skills
- Stay calm and confident under pressure
- Communicate professionally with clients in a hospital setting
- Can work independently or as part of a team
- Take pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Are reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Professional report writing abilities
- Professional customer service skills
