The Role
We’re hiring a Finance & Administration Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is a finance-forward role with exposure to HR, people operations, and vendor management. You’ll own the day-to-day details that keep our company running smoothly — from payroll and equity compliance to financial projections and vendor relationships.
It’s also a role with real growth potential. Whether you see yourself as a future Controller, CFO, or General Manager, this position offers a chance to learn the business from the inside out and grow into senior leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Manage payroll, vendor payments, and basic accounting processes.
- Keep employee records, HR systems, and equity documentation accurate and up to date.
- Support financial projections and models in partnership with leadership.
- Oversee relationships with outside accountants, vendors, and admin contractors.
- Proactively spot issues, close gaps, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years’ experience in finance, accounting, HR, or operations (startup experience a plus).
- Strong with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with tools like Gusto, Carta, or QuickBooks is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to take on increasing responsibility.
