Service Sales Technician

Our customer in the Mishawaka/South Bend area is looking to add someone in their Service and Sales department in a customer facing role as an Service/SalesTechnician along with adding someone to the Install Team. They are targeting individuals that are organized, efficient, have practical problem solving skills, the customer service ability to represent the company while at different locations, and a natural gift to create relationships with customers with a sales skillset. The ideal candidate will have the ability to be hands on mechanically if needed, excellent communication, selling capability, reliable, and self motivated!

You would not have to come from any specific past role or industry experience as they are highly motivated to teach/train all aspects of the role, but is required to have a mechanical mindset, be able to use a wide range of tools if needed, problem solve through mechanical issues that come up, keen eye for detail, quick wit, can do attitude, and be very comfortable working with your hands while providing excellent service to customers in certain situations.

This is a direct hire role, full benefits, and competitive pay! Day shift hours with potential overtime, and growth opportunities into other roles within the company! This role pays $25/hr to start in the training period and has potential to be up to $75k a year for an Installer role, and potentially over $100k for a Sales role.
