Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Operations & Finance Coordinator based in Fremont, CA. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily administrative and operational functions, supporting financial processes, and coordinating customer service activities. The role also involves partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
Job Type: Full-Time in Office Position
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate inventory count.
Manage and reconcile inventory
Prepare and process invoices and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Manage payroll and related records.
Collaborate with external accountants during audits and tax preparations.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Provide support in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Must be proficient in speaking Mandrin Chinese (Reading a plus)
Proficient in accounting software (SAP) and building dashboards.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and inventory management.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; certification as a Bookkeeper or Backend Operations is a plus.
