Quality Assurance Coordinator

Quality Assurance Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and assists the continuous quality program

• Assists with patient survey process for department surveys

• Acts as liaison with Quality Improvement Board, assists preparing board agendas, reports, and minutes

• Monitors Quality plan and policies

• Assist with survey preparedness

• Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm

Quality Assurance Coordinator Requirements:

• Associates degree in clinical area of healthcare

• 3-5 years in a medical/healthcare/hospital setting

• Professional licensure in the State of Iowa or multi-state license

• Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required as an employee.
