Work where you matter. A Brief Overview Operates, installs, services, and maintains mechanical and electrical systems, equipment and fixtures and other devices. What you will do Installs, services, maintains and repairs the Reverse Osmosis Water Systems. Installs, services, maintains and repairs mechanical equipment, systems and utilities, heating systems, cooling systems, emergency electrical generator systems, domestic hot water systems, computerized HVAC control systems, pneumatic tubes, beds, pumps, operating tables, showers, etc. Constructs, installs and repairs equipment and furnishings as requested. Performs preventive maintenance procedures on assigned mechanical and electrical equipment and systems. Documents essential information and unusual conditions regarding the various equipment and systems. Assists with other plant operations duties as requested. Essential Qualifications The individual must be able to work the hours specified. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily including having visual acuity adequate to perform position duties and the ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds.
