Provides Human Resource consultation and support services to management and their staff addressing the people needs/strategies of the organization. Focus will be on the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, flow of employee payroll changes to vendor and finance and maintain HR systems to manage employee data. Will perform common compensation functions, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, and associated analysis. Reviews common benefits functions, including life, health, and disability insurance, retirement benefits and paid time off. Works with leadership to ensure compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy. Works closely with managers to provide communication and training on the benefits and compensation programs and process.
Education
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related filed; Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
License/Certification/Registration
Preferred License/Certification/Registration
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
Experience
- 3 years of experience within Human Resources required.
- Healthcare related experience preferred.
- Proven independent decision making and critical thinking in highly complex environments.
